PURPOSE:To make the whole body compact and dispense with a hydraulic facility by providing a load supporting part on the upper part of a carriage lifted and guided by a guide rail, and connecting the operation part of an electric lifting driving device provided on a body side to the carriage through a pin joint. CONSTITUTION:On longitudinal inner wall surface of a recessed part 17 vertically formed in the center part of a body 13, vertical guide rails 18A, 18B are provided. A carriage 19 provided over the inner part of the recessed part 17 to the upper part is guided by guide rails 8A, 8B in such a manner as to be capable of rising and lowering through longitudinal positioning rollers 20A, 20B and lateral positioning rollers 21A, 21B. A longitudinal pair of electric lifting driving devices 23A, 23B are provided between a frame 22 provided on a body bottom plate 13a in the recessed part 17 and the carriage 19, and lower flanges 27A, 27B mounted on the upper ends of the lifting beams 26A, 26B of power cylinders 25A, 25B are connected to the carriage 19 through pin joints 33A, 33B.
