Summary:PURPOSE:To allow the plastic to be provided with high non-fluid permeability and also reduce manufacturing cost by arranging extruded tubular moldings with a non- liquid permeability layer formed, and performing the blow molding with the supply of a pressurized gas. CONSTITUTION:A head 40a consisting of only a polyethylene layer P of an extruded tubular molding 40 is held by each lower edge of a blow-molding die 34 with a blow nozzle provided to intervene, and the internal wall surfaces contacting said lower edges are mutually adhered. In addition, a part 40c consisting of only the polyethylene layer P at the upper edge of the extruded tubular molding 40 is sandwiched by each upper edge of the blow-molding die 34, and the internal wall surfaces contacting said upper edges are mutually adhered. Then the extruded tubular molding 40 is separated from an extrusion head 10 by each upper edge of the blow-molding die 34. As a next step, a pressurized gas is blown into the interior of the extruded tubular molding 40 from a blow nozzle 36 to perform a blow molding of the extruded tubular molding 40. Consequently, the external wall surface of the extruded tubular 40 is formed in such a way that it may assume a shape contoured along the internal wall surface of the blow-molding die 34. Thus a hermetically sealed plastic tank is molded.
