Summary:PURPOSE:To avoid the deterioration in the distortion factor even with small resistance value of a load resistor by constituting a diode so that a forward voltage drop is equal to a base-emitter voltage of a transistor (TR) when a reflecting current flows. CONSTITUTION:A diode 14 is formed by connecting directly each collector and base of TRs141-14n of NPN type having the same characteristic as a TR13. Each collector of the TRs141-14n is connected in common and connected to the collectors of TRs161-16n of the current reflecting circuit 21, and each emitter is connected in common and connected to the emitter of the TR13 and the collector of a TR19. A common connecting point of the collectors of the TRs141- 14n is connected to an output terminal. A current of I0/2 flows to the collector of the TR13, where I0 is a constant current of a constant current source 17.
