Summary:PURPOSE:To suppress chattering of a circulating pump through one-point detection effected by a single liquid level detector by a method wherein only when a signal from a liquid level detector and indicating that a liquid level is below a reference value is continued for a specified time or more during operation, the circulating pump is brought into an OFF-state once. CONSTITUTION:When a liquid level exceeds a reference liquid level L and is normal, a liquid level detector 30 continues to feed a liquid level detecting signal to a controller 50. When, during operation, the liquid level detector 30 does not detect a liquid level, the controller 50 monitors whether a liquid level non-detecting time is continued for a predetermined specified time, and when it is continued for the specified time, an OFF command for a circulating pump 24 is outputted. The specified time is experimentally determined to a proper time in which chattering can be prevented from occurring. When a liquid level non-detecting time is below the specified, a stop command is not fed to the circulating pump 24 during running. This constitution prevents useless chattering of the circulating pump 24 and increase control durability.
