PURPOSE:To improve a flexibility of supplying power by controlling a power conversion means so as to coincide the output power specification thereof with a demanded power specification of loads and by closing the switches associated with the loads, through a controlling means. CONSTITUTION:A controlling means 3 drives and controls a power conversion means 1 so as to convert an input power to the power whose specification coincides with a demanded power specification of loads and supply it to the loads. Then, the desired power is supplied to the demanded loads by closing the switches corresponding to selecting informations at load terminals. In this case, the controlling means 3 takes into itself the sensing values fed from an output voltage sensing means 11 and an output current sensing means 12 which sense the voltage and current at the output terminal of the power conversion means 1 respectively. Then, a feedback control is so performed as to coincide the output power specification with the demanded power specification of the loads, and the power conversion means 1 is controlled according to an information for controlling the loads given via a second communicating means 5.
