Summary:PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance of tenons of a turbine impeller by thermally spraying nickel alloy on a root of the tenon of the turbine blade, performing sealing while melting the thermally sprayed layer with energy beam, and further applying fluororesin coating. CONSTITUTION:Tenons 2 are formed on a turbine blade 1, and a plurality of blades are bound by a shroud 3 and a racing wire 4. In manufacturing, a thermal spray space 2a is formed on a root of the tenon 2. A thick portion 2b is formed on a head of the tenon 2 which is plastically processed at the time of fixing of the shroud in order to avoid thermal influence of thermal spraying and sealing. Nickel alloy, having an excellent corrosion resistance, is thermally sprayed on the tenon 2. In order to improve accuracy of a thermally sprayed layer 5, the layer is melted and fixed by using laser whose power intensity is adjusted. The thick portion and the thermally sprayed layer is planed to form the tenon 2. The tenon 2 is integrated with the shroud 3, followed by fluororesin coating and the group of turbine impellers 1 are completed.
