Summary:PURPOSE:To save the labor to remove liquid in slurry and to shorten the working time by pouring raw material slurry into a vessel, applying vibration to the vessel, pouring the slurry into a mold after vacuum-defoaming and degassing and applying vibration to the mold. CONSTITUTION:The raw material slurry mixing powder for sintering, binder and solvent is poured into the vessel. While applying the vibration to the vessel, the vacuum defoaming and degassing are uniformly executed under vacuum. Successively, this slurry is poured into the mold, and by applying the vibration to the mold, the defoaming is executed to the slurry and closely sticking is executed. Further, drying for solidification and sintering are executed to make the compact body. The slurry poured into the mold comes to condition of no air, water and vapor, and only involving air at the time of pouring the slurry into the mold or after pouring into the mold requires defoaming and the defoaming can be executed only with the vibration. By this method, the powder molded body can be manufactured by mass production.
