Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain the subject sheet capable of stamping molding by containing a fiber reinforcing material in a thermoplastic polyurethane resin substrate prepared by polymerizing a polyester polyol containing specific alkanediol units with a polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet is obtained by containing a fiber reinforcing material (e.g. glass fiber or carbon fiber having preferably >=10mm fiber length) in a resin substrate composed of a thermoplastic polyurethane prepared by polymerizing a polyester polyol preferably containing >=70mol% (based on the whole diol units) alkanediol units expressed by the formula [(m) is 1-5; (n) is 1-3; (m+n) is 2-6] with a polyisocyanate (e.g. 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate). The aforementioned sheet is capable of stamping molding into molded products excellent in transparency, mechanical performance and cold resistance. |
