Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide the title equipment capable of threading through all holes at a time, so designed that a nonferrous guide plate is set in such a manner as to be adapted to the hole of a heald, an iron needle is put, through the hole, on said guide plate, and a yarn immersed in a magnetic fluid and dried is made to adhere to said needle followed by pulling this needle back. CONSTITUTION:A nonferrous guide plate 4 is set in such a manner as to be adapted to the position of the hole of a heald 1, an iron needle is put, through the hole on this guide plate 4. A reed 2 is arranged in a row, in a manner so as to be adjusted to the heald 1, at a specified position, a minor part of one end of a yarn 5 to be passed through the heald l is immersed in a magnetic fluid and dried, and the iron needle 3 is passed through the hole and put on the guide plate 4, and then the magnetic fluid-attached yarn 5 is made to adhere to this needle 3 followed by drawing the needle 3 back; then, the yarn 5 is passed through the hole in such a state as to remain adhered to the needle 3; thus the needles 3 are passed through all the holes of the heald 1, and the magnetic fluid-attached yarn 5 is made to adhere to each of the needles 3 followed by drawing the yarn 5 back together with the needle 3, thereby passing such yarns through all the holes at a time. |
