Summary:PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and determine an abnormality visually by using a support plate having a number of holes, engaging coated parts of light emitting diodes with the hole parts respectively to support them, and forming a coating layer including calcium bicarbonate coating connection parts between the terminals of the adjacent light emitting diodes. CONSTITUTION:Using a support plate 3 having a number of holes, coated parts of light emitting diodes 1 are engaged with the holes to be supported. The light emitting diodes 1 are connected with each other by soldering adjacent terminals 1b with each other directly, where the soldered parts are coated with a coating layer 20 formed by applying calcium bicarbonate, and the underside surface of the support plate 3 is almost wholly coated with the coating layer 20. Because the coating layer 20 includes calcium bicarbonate, its use period can be determined visually. The support constitution can thus be simplified, and an abnormality by use under an overvoltage can be visually determined by color change.
