Summary:PURPOSE:To increase the conductivity of a polymer material film and to cause a drop in driving voltage at low frequency by dissolving a dedoped soluble electrolytic polymerized film and liquid crystal in a common solvent, coating a conductive film of conductive plastic with the solution, and evaporating the solvent and thus forming a film. CONSTITUTION:The soluble electrolytic polymerized film is manufactured by an electrolytic polymerizing method and electrolytic ions are removed from the soluble electrolytic polymerized film. Then the dedoped soluble electrolytic polymerized film and liquid crystal are dissolved in the common solvent, the conductive film of conductive film 23 is coated with its solution 13, and the solvent is evaporated to form the film. Then another conductive film of conductive plastic film 31 is joined with this film. Consequently, the conductivity of the polymer and liquid crystal composite film is increased to reduce the driving voltage at low frequency.
