Summary:PURPOSE:To increase surface pressure strength through surface contact of each tooth profile so as to miniaturize a total unit by forming the tooth profile of an inclined linear spur gear, whose bottom is a reference pitch circle, in an internal thread sun gear and the tooth profile of the inclined linear spur gear, meshed with this sun gear, in a planet gear. CONSTITUTION:A reduction gear is constituted of an internal thread sun gear 1 having many internal threads and a planet gear 2 with a fine difference in a number of teeth from this internal thread sun gear 1. Input rotation of this reduction gear acts as rotation around a shaft of the planet gear 2, and rotation of the planet gear 2 on its own axis is taken out as an output. Here, a trapezoidal tooth profile, whose bottom is a reference pitch circle P0, that is, a tooth profile 7 of inclined linear spur gear is formed in the internal thread sun gear 1. Further, a tooth profile 8, meshed with the tooth profile 7 and provided with a similar inclined straight line to this tooth profile 7, is formed in the planet gear 2. Further in the tooth profile 7 of the internal thread sun gear 1 and the tooth profile 8 of the planet gear 2, the respective addendum part is cut-removed by a fixed size. In this way, surface contact is obtained in a contact surface, and durability is improved with a low noise by improving transmission efficiency.
