Summary: | PURPOSE:To heat or cool a material to be treated highly uniformly with a simple apparatus by juxtaposing a plurality of flexible guide plates in a direct flow path into a treating chamber, moving one end of each guide plate, and adjusting the air quantity of a small flow path. CONSTITUTION:A material to be treated A mounted on a truck 21 is contained in a heating chamber 12. A flow path 31 is formed at the upstream side of the chamber 12 through a straightening vane 13. A flow path 32 is formed at the downstream side through an outlet 14. The upstream side of the flow path 31 and the downstream side of the flow path are connected through a heater 41. For example, when the temperature of heating gas which is detected with temperature measuring terminals 81 and 82 is relatively high, one end part of each of flexible guide plates 51 and 52 is moved leftward through an operating device 91 and cylinders 61 and 62 so as to narrow the frontage of the path, and the air quantities in small flow paths 71 and 72 are decreased. For example, when low temperature is detected at terminals 84 and 85, one end part of each of guide plates 54 and 55 is moved rightward through the device 91 and cylinders 64 and 65, and the frontages are widened. Thus, the heated air quantities in flow paths 74 and 75 are increased. |
