Summary:PURPOSE:To automatically and efficiently perform the work with a high quality by storing the calculation results of circuit characteristic items in a memory. CONSTITUTION:The time when the potential rises by 10% and the time when it rises by 90% are extracted from the circuit output waveform, which is obtained through circuit analysis processing, by a circuit characteristic extracting means 11 on the way of the change of the waveform from a low potential to a high potential. The difference between these times extracted by the extracting means 11 is obtained by a circuit characteristic value calculating means 12. This time difference is the rise time. The characteristic value or the like obtained by the calculating means 12 is outputted in a prescribed format by an output means 13. Thus, the labor of work is reduced and miscalculation of characteristics is eliminated.
