Summary:PURPOSE:To inform an operator of the subscriber telephone set of communicable time when a speech with the subscriber telephone set is performed through a central station. CONSTITUTION:A control part 11 indicates the generation of an alarm sound against an alarm sound generation part 14 before the elapsed time from the start of the speech exceeds the communicable time. The connection destination on the transmission part 3 in a transmitting signal changeover switch 13 shall be the alarm sound generation part 14, and the alarm sound is transmitted to the subscriber telephone set through the transmission part 3 and the central station.
