Summary:PURPOSE:To adjust the vertical position of a picture by a remote controller by substituting a monostable multivibrator with a presettable counter, which counts horizontal pulses, in a vertical shift circuit and setting its preset value by a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The vertical shift circuit is provided with a counter 21 which counts a certain value to output a carry C1, a counter 22 which is loaded the preset value from the microcomputer by the carry C1 and counts the preset value or the value obtained by subtracting the preset value from a maximum count value to output a carry C2, and a flip flop 23 which is reset by the carry output C2 from the preset counter 22 and is set by a counter output Qd to output an output Vo. In this constitution, the preset value of the counter 22 is changed by the microcomputer to free set the output Vo for Vs, and this output Vo is used as the vertical synchronizing signal to relatively move the video picture. Thus, remote control is possible.
