PURPOSE:To improve the workability of a clamping device, while the screwing operation of a bolt in each mold-replacement is made unnecessary, and the molds may be clamped or unclamped to platens automatically. CONSTITUTION:In the tire-vulcanizing machine in which the lower platen 7 supporting a bottom force 3 is fitted to the frame 1 of main body and the upper platen 6 supporting a top force 2 is provided movably up and down, each top and bottom forces 2, 3 are clamped or unclamped on each platen 6, 7 by hydraulic cylinders 35, 51 through the fixing plates 3, 4 of same shape and same dimension which has the fixing parts 14, 15 fitted to the forces and the fixing cylinders 8, 9 which are provided on the fixing plates 3, 4 releasably and outside of each platen 6, 7 rotatably and movably up and down.
