PURPOSE:To shorten steelmaking treatment time in a converter by controlling plural kinds of discharges at the same time when executing the steelmaking treatment of decarbonizing reaction, alloy charge, etc., in plural discharging control devices for auxiliary material in a converter. CONSTITUTION:At the time of discharging material into a weighing hopper 3 with a discharging feeder 2 form a furnace top hopper 1, a setting schedule planning part (e) to set a bunker, a weighing schedule planning routine part (d) for extracting dulk density from the fixed number table, calculating the remained vol. in the weighing hopper and the dischargeable wt. from the discharging actual value and calculating the discharging vol. from the setting value to decide whether the setting value is in the dischargeable wt, and in the remained vol. in the weighing hopper or not, and a discharging control parts (a), (b), (c) for calculating starting point of weak vibration to the weighing machine, are provided.
