PURPOSE:To dissolve restriction of position, size, and the like of an orifice due to the combined part of the cup and the cap of a closed vessel by arranging the bottom part of the cup of the closed vessel on an igniter side, and forming a recessed part to receive an igniter on the bottom of the cup. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 51 sunk on the through hole 45 side of gas generating agent 43 is formed on the center of a closed vessel 49, and an igniter 53 for combustion of the gas generating agent 43 is arranged in the recessed part 51. A combustion chamber filter 55 is arranged along the inner circumference of a combustion chamber 41, and a gas charging chamber 57 to which gas passing through the combustion chamber filter 55 is let flow through the orifice 56 of a partition member 58 is ring-likely arranged around the combustion chamber 41. Restriction as to the position, size, and the like of the orifice 56 due to the combined part 69 of the cup 65 and the cap 67 of the closed vessel 49 can be surely dissolved.
