Summary:PURPOSE:To function all function blocks in a semiconductor integrated circuit in the same phase synchronizing state by removing a phase difference in clock signals between functional blocks. CONSTITUTION:A phase detecting/comparing circuit 22 detects the most delayed phase and clock signals inputted respective function blocks are corrected and synchronous states among respective function blocks are set up to the same phase by phase detecting circuits 19 to 21 and phase correcting circuits 13 to 15 connected to respective blocks. Consequently information transmission among respective function blocks can be stabilized, and even when the frequency of a clock signal is set up to a high value, the synchronous states among the function blocks can be stabilized.
