CONSTITUTION:Water is mixed with a resin component consisting of 5-15wt.% compound of the formula [wherein Y is (n + 1) organic groups; n is 1 to 3], 35-75wt.% water-soluble acrylic or polyester resin, and 20-50wt.% amino resin; a curing catalyst in an amount of 0.1 pt. based on 100 pts. resin solids; and an anti-foaming agent, a leveling agent, a pigment, etc.
