PURPOSE:To control rotation of a rotary body such as a cooling fan easily in a wide rotational range according to an operational condition of an engine by controlling oil circulating volume so as to be increased/decreased, and controlling oil inflow direction to a controlling oil pump reversibly changing. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a rotary body driving unit 43 to drive and rotale a rotary body 3 by receiving output of an engine and a velocity ratio setting unit 42 to set velocity ratio of an input unit 41 and the rotary [body driving unit 43 by changing rotational speed in itself. On the one hand, engine oil from an engine oil pump 20 is supplied to them, and they are arranged in an oil circulating passage for a controlling oil pump 5 connected to/ interlocked with the velocity ratio setting unit 42, and they control oil circulating volume to the controlling oil pump 5 so as to be increased/decreased. There is also provided a control means 6 to control the oil inflow direction to the controlling oil pump 5 reversibly changing.
