Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, containing a mixture of specific two kinds of sugar ester-based surfactants at a specified ratio, excellent in low-temperature preservation stability for a long period and suitable as shampoos, body shampoos, detergents for kitchens, houses, clothes, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing (A) 1-30wt.% (preferably 5-25wt.%) sugar ester-based surfactant composed of an ester of a 6-8C fatty acid with 5-6C monosaccharides or their monoalkyl ethers and (B) 1-30wt.% (preferably 5-25wt.%) sugar ester-based surfactant composed of an ester of a 10-12C fatty acid with the 5-6C monosaccharides or their monoalkyl ethers at >=1/9 [preferably (2/8)-(6/4)] weight ratio of the ingredients [(A)/(B)].
