Summary:PURPOSE:To maintain work accuracy of manipulator by prohibiting connection/ disconnection between a power supply means on charger side and a power receiving means on unmanned vehicle side when the manipulator is operating. CONSTITUTION:A coupler driver 34 functions, based on a command provided from a controller 35 in a charger 3, to move a power supply coupler 31 in the direction A thus connecting the power supply coupler 31 with a power receiving coupler 15. Upon completion of power supply to a battery 12, the controller 35 on the charger 3 side makes a judgment whether a work end signal has been provided from a controller 13 on an unmanned vehicle 1 side. When the answer is YES, the coupler driver 34 functions to move the power supply coupler 34 in the direction B thus disconnecting the power supply coupler 31 from the power supply coupler 15. When a manipulator 11 finishes a specified work, the controller 13 provides a work end signal to the controller 35 in the charger 3 through optical communication units 14, 21.
