Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a paper container which is excellent in strength and shelf life of its contents and which permits the contents to be heated by an electronic oven by forming the paper container consisting of predetermined multilayer materials with the side having vinylidene chloride coated-polyester film formed thereon coming inside the container. CONSTITUTION:A multilayer material having the one side of a paper coated with polyethylene and its opposite side coated with vinylidene chloride coated- polyester film and polyethylene in that order is formed practically by extrusion laminating polyethylene on K-coat film, layering on a paper this polyethylene laminated K-coat film through wet lamination and extrusion coating polyethylene on the opposite side of the paper. This multilayer material is used on at least the side and bottom parts of a container and the vinylidene chloride coated- polyester film is used on the inside of the container to permit the container excellent in strength and shelf life of the contents to be produced, the contents to be heated by microwaves in an electronic oven and the manufacturing costs of the container to be reduced. |
