Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to control the rotating speed to a desired value at the same time for a plurality of pumps being operated in parallel by adjusting the rotating speed of an internal combustion engine without using any inverter speed controller. CONSTITUTION:An internal combustion engine E, an AC generator G and one of a plurality of pumps P are connected to a same shaft, the AC generator G and said one pump P are rotated and driven by the internal combustion engine E, a motor M for pump driving is directly connected to each pump P of a plurality of pumps, electric power generated from an AC generator E is supplied to a motor M for driving each pump, the frequency of power generated is changed by changing the rotating speed of the internal combustion engine E, and the rotation speed of a plurality of pumps P is controlled almost to the same speed.
