PURPOSE:To discriminate visually from which user of still picture conference terminal equipment plotting is drawn based on the display on a monitor in the still picture conference equipment in which still picture information is sent/ received between plural still picture conference terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:An inter-multi-point communication controller 2 manages plotting transmission token request information from each of still picture conference terminal equipments 1a-1d to give a token of plotting transmission to one of the still picture conference terminal equipments. The controller 2 is provided with a plotting control section having a function which adds plotting sender information to plotting information including plotting display position information of a still picture conference terminal equipment receiving the plotting transmission token and sends the result to each still picture conference terminal equipment. The still picture terminal equipment (1a-1d) is provided with a plotting display control section (12a-12d) changing visually the plotting displayed on a screen of a monitor (4a-4d) based on the plotting sender information received by the plotting control section 11 of the inter-multi-point communication controller 2.
