CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 3 sends connection information of a telephone number to an information translator from a connection information transmission section 8, the operation that the translated translation information is received by a translation information reception section 9 and stored on a floppy disk 6 is implemented before and after new provision/revision of a jumper of the information translator 7, and the translation information stored on the floppy disk 6 before and after the revision/new installation is compared and when different, the translation information is printed out by a printer 5.
