Summary:PURPOSE:To fit a seat belt to any rider in physique so well by setting up a shoulder belt anchor part in the more inner part than a lap belt anchor part. CONSTITUTION:A freely turnable flange 14 is set up in an upper side frame 13a being twisted inward a side frame 13 of a seat back frame 2, forming an anchor part 14 of a shoilder belt part 15. Then, this anchor part 14 of the shoulder belt part 15 is set up in the more inner part as far as l than an anchor part 9 of a lap belt part, while the anchor part 14 is set up at the side of a headrest 16. With this constitution, a belt 7 is deliverable from just the side of the headrest 16, so that the belt 7 can be set to any rider in physique along his shoulder. In addition, the lap belt anchor part 9 can bind any waist of the rider to be settled in a seat owing to a lap belt 8.
