Summary:PURPOSE:To offer the mechanism device which uses a spiral spring as a power source, and also, moves by using a bar-like object as a medium. CONSTITUTION:The device is formed from a box-like device outer package 10, a medium bar 15 for passing through its device outer package 10, and each member installed in the device outer package 10, and in the device outer package 10, a main pulley 40 which is supported axially to the device outer package 10 and rotates, while coming into contact with the medium bar 15, and a spiral spring 30 whose opening center is fixed to a rotation axis of its main pulley 40 and which becomes a power source are installed. By moving the device outer package 10 against the medium bar 15, rotating the main pulley 40 and winding up the spiral spring 30, an input is executed, and also, by elastic force of the spiral spring 30, the main pulley 40 is rotated, and an output is executed so as to move the device outer package 10 to the medium bar 15 which comes into contact with this maim pulley 40.
