PURPOSE:To obtain a laser range finder enabling measurement of distance with necessary FAR and detection probability ensured even when atmospheric attenuation is large and when the reflectivity or reflection area of a target is small, in regard to a laser range finder for determining the distance to the target. CONSTITUTION:Laser oscillators 11 to 14 oscillating laser pulses of different wavelengths and delivering them to a target, a plurality of laser receivers 23 to 26 receiving reflected waves of the oscillated laser pulses from the target respectively, an oscillator selecting controller 31 controlling the oscillators in a plurality, an adder 28 adjusting the time of propagation of outputs of the laser receivers in a plurality and adding it up, and a threshold processor 6 subjecting an output of the adder to a threshold processing, are provided.
