Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the surface of each pestle of a tablet molding machine from being soiled. CONSTITUTION:In molding tablets by means of the vertical movements of a lower pestle 7 and an upper pestle 6, a skid is injected when the upper surface of the lower pestle 7 is located on the same plane as the upper end face of a mortar 10, and the skid is not attached to the inner surface of the mortar 10 but only to the upper surface of the lower pestle 7 and the lower surface of the upper pestle 6. Also, dust is prevented from attaching to the surface of each pestle. The amount by which the skid is mixed in tablets is decreased as well as made constant.
