Summary:PURPOSE:To improve thermal shock resistance and heat equality by using a required sintered body, where the density and the thermal conductivity are of specified values, for an insulator or a supporting member. CONSTITUTION:An electric heater 2 is connected to the electrode 4, to which the lead wire 5 of an insulating supporting member 1 is connected, thus a ceramic heater is made. Using the aluminum sintered body where the density is 3.2g/cm or more and the thermal conductivity is 100W/(mk) or more as this member 1, thermal shock resistance will be elevated, and heat radiation property will be elevated, and it will be a ceramic heater of high property not being broken by quick heating.
