PURPOSE:To appropriately and effectively carry out the verification and display of the remaining capacity of secondary batteries in a battery pack which is a consumable that is repeatedly charged by a charger and is loaded in a camera and is thus used. CONSTITUTION:A secondary battery pack 1 is formed out of secondary batteries 20 that can be repeatedly used, and of an information storing means 40 for storing its remaining capacity and the time data such charging. An information transmission means 41 with the information storing means, a calculation means 29 for charging/discharging amount and so on in the accumulator, a display means 31 for the remaining capacity of the accumulator that can be obtained by this calculation means, and a detection means 60 at the time of installation and removal of the accumulation pack, are preferentially provided on side of a camera main body 2. An information transmission means 70 with the information storing means and a calculation means 71 of the charging amount to the accumulator, are provided on a charger 3 for charging the secondary battery pack. Clock means 47, 80 are preferentially provided to the secondary battery pack 1 or to the camera main body 2.
