CONSTITUTION:Three primary colors image pickup signals obtained by CCD image sensors 4R-4B are digitized by a first clock rate or a second clock rate by A/D converters 6R-6B, a digital color difference signal is formed by an encoder circuit 8, and with respect to the digital color difference signal of a first clock rate or a second clock rate, a band limit processing is performed by a low-pass filter.
