PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of noxious gas and to prevent contamination of condensed waste by blowing gas into condensing waste solution at the time of execution vaporization-condensation by heating the waste solution under reduced pressure with heating means. CONSTITUTION:Heating vaporization is executed under reduced pressure to the waste solution in a vaporization-condensation column 9 and at this time, in order to prevent or reduce bumping, the gas is blown into the waste solution in the column 9. Gas sucked out from the vaporization-condensation part is the gas after the steam vaporized from the waste solution in the column 9 solidifies, and at the time of blowing this gas into the waste solution, the bad smell component is dissolved in the waste solution and finally as this is taken out as sludge, the bad smell is not given off. Further, at the time of bumping, by splashing the waste solution and sludge, these come in a gas passage for vaporized steam and then, the contamination of condensed water caused by mixing these into steam condensed water is prevented.
