CONSTITUTION:Oxygen as starting material in a cylinder 1 is fed into an ozonizer 3 boosted to high voltage with a transformer 2 and O3 is generated and fed into an O3 feeder 5 through an 03 sending pass 4. Unnecessary O3 is fed into an O3 decomposing unit 6, decomposed into O2 and discharged into the air through a pass 7.
