Summary:PURPOSE:To offer the owner-confirming method which can use a storing means equipped with portability corresponding to a physical feature not to be realized only by cards for personal identification and exactness higher than human memory. CONSTITUTION:At the system having the two kinds of card of usable and unusable states and turning the state of cards to the unusable state simultaneously with the end of a processing after demanding the processing requested by the owner of the cards to an objective device in the case of the usable state, the owner of cards is confirmed according to information outputted from the object carried by the owner of the cards so as to switch the cards from the unusable state to the usable state.
