Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a car air conditioner concurrently allowing the cooling operation and heating operation. CONSTITUTION:A cooling passage regulating valve 46 and a heating passage regulating valve 48 are concurrently opened so that the engine cooling water can be fed to both a heating coil 38 and a heater core 26. The refrigerating cycle 12 and heating cycle 24 are concurrently operated, the cooled air flows from a cooler 16, and the heated air flows from the heater core 26. The flow quantity of the cooled air from the cooler 16 is regulated by a damper 50, the cold air and warm air are properly mixed, and comfortable air is fed into the car room.
