PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized hot water feeder and temperature keeping device of low operating cost and producing no pollution which is applied in a large-sized bath room or the like in a mountain area or the like and a hot water feeding device and a bath tub water temperature keeping device are integrally formed. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant is circulated by a compressor 1 mechanical connected to a micro wheel and driven by it. Hot water feeding and temperature keeping device is comprised of a freezing cycle system constituting a heat pump, a hot water feeding system for heating and supplying the hot water fed and a system for keeping a temperature of water in a bath tub for heating and circulating the hot water in the bath tub 8. The hot water to be fed is heated through a hot water heat exchanger 4 disposed in the freezing cycle system and then the hot water in the bath tub 8 is heated through a temperature increasing heat exchanger 3 disposed in the freezing cycle system.
