Summary:PURPOSE:To shorten the time of the coating process of resin, by mixing the coated super abrasive grain of a CBN grain or diamond grain coated by resin and the granulated resin particle, and burning those mixture. CONSTITUTION:A CBN grain or diamond grain is dispersed in a resin bond and made a resin bond super abrasive grain grinding wheel. In this case, a coated super abrasive grain 14 of a CBN grain or diamond grain 11 is coated by resin and a resin granulated particle 15 are mixed and burnt. Thus, one part of the necessary resin is covered on the super abrasive grain and also the residue is granulated by the resin only, so the coated efficiency can remarkably be improved.
