PURPOSE:To horizontally set an anchor plate for post-installation by forming a slope on the top face of a concrete veranda, boring an insert hole in the top face, and boring a set-in hole in this insert hole. CONSTITUTION:A concrete veranda 1 is formed in L form, and the top face 2 of the veranda 1 is embodied as a slope facing inward, and an insert hole 3 is bored in this top face 2. A shallow set-in hole 4 and a deep set-in hole 5 are bored on the outside and inside of this insert hole 3, respectively. An anchor plate 6 is put in tight attachment to the horizontal surface of the insert hole 3, and a weld member 8 fitted with a prop 7 is welded to the oversurface of the anchor plate 6. The construction term can be shortened thereby, and the junction between the prop 7 and plate 6 be caulked perfectly, which enables preventing damages due to rainwater.
