Summary:PURPOSE:To completely remove moisture in a carbon film by forming a conductive film obtained by using water glass as a binder on the contact surface between the inner surface of a battery case and a positive mix, and drying it at a specified range of temperature. CONSTITUTION:Roughness is formed on the inner surface of a battery case 1 made from stainless steel plate, and colloidal carbon paint containing water glass is spreaded thereon to form a conductive carbon film 2. The film 2 is dried for 12-24hr at 100-250 deg.C. A positive mix 5 mainly comprising carbon fluoride is fixed to the film 2 and combined with a negative electrode 4 comprising lithium and a separator 6, and they are sealed to form a lithium-carbon fluoride family flat type organic electrolyte battery. Since moisture in the film 2 is completely removed, electric resistance is decreased. Since contact between the positive mix 5 and the battery case is improved, storage performance is increased.
