Summary:PURPOSE:To provide the busy and non-reply state help service system not requiring its service function to a public network by receiving one of services of automatic redial, talking reservation and message recording/delivery without knowing the service content in advance even when a tele-point caller encounters a busy state or a non-reply caller and not requiring the service function for a called party terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A slave set 2 at a tele-point makes a call to a telephone set terminal 7 accommodated in a public network. When the telephone terminal 7 is busy or does not reply a call, the public network 6 detects automatically the busy state or the non-reply. Then the network 6 sends it to a caller in terms of a message that one of plural services is received and the caller selects one of them by a dial number. Thus, one of the automatic redial, talking reservation and message recording/delivery is received.
