Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve an accelerating feeling of a vehicle when the vehicle is shifted to the rectilinear advancing condition after the completion of turning by correctively increasing reference drive torque with a cornering drag correcting means on the basis of a steering amount detected in turning of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A torque reducing means is constituted to control the supply and exhaust of pressure to a pressure chamber 44 of an actuator 41 for driving a throttle lever 24 by a normally closed electromagnetic valve 51 and normally opened electromagnetic valve 56. In an ECU 15, desired drive torque is set from reference drive torque set on the basis of the traveling speed of a vehicle according to the circumferential speed of drive wheel to control the respective valves 51, 56 so that the drive torque of an engine is the desired drive torque. Then, a cornering drag correction means is provided which correctively increase the reference drive torque of the engine on the basis of a detecting signal from a steering angle sensor. Thus, the reference drive torque is increased after the completion of the vehicle turning, and a feeling of the vehicle acceleration is heightened when the vehicle is shifted from the completion of turning to the rectilinear advance. |
