PURPOSE:To enable the divided photographing and the bundle photographing for an inspected body, obviating the need of a wide space and complicate device by constituting a bed device from the first X-ray image detecting means, second X-ray image detecting means, and an inspected body placing means for installing the first and second X-ray image detecting regions. CONSTITUTION:In the whole body scan image mode, a scan image is displayed on a monitor 78c by operating an X-ray tube device 74 and a scan system 78, shifting one or both of an intermediate shifting device 66 and a ceiling plate device 68 to a C arm device 70 side, in order to obtain the scan image of the whole lower body or the whole body of an inspected body. Accordingly, an operator can observe the scan image of the whole lower body or the whole body. In the bundle photographing mode, the intermediate shifting device 66 and the ceiling plate device 68 in the initial state are shifting-driven to the bundle photographing system 80 side. Then, an X-ray film photographing for the whole lower body is carried out by operating the X-ray tube device 84 and a long film changer 86 of the bundle photographing system 80.
