Summary:PURPOSE:To vertically move the device along a long-sized material. by using a spiral spring being a power source. CONSTITUTION:The winding mechanism device is formed by a device armor 10, a hanging string (long-sized material) 15 for passing through its device armor 10, and each member installed internally in the device armor 10, and in which the device armor 10 moves along the hanging string 15. In this device armor 10, a main pulley 40 which is supported axially by the device armor 10 and rotates, while coming into contact with the hanging string 15, and a spiral spring 30 which is fixed to a rotation axis as to its opening center and becomes a power source are installed internally. By rotating the main pulley 40 by the spiral spring 30, a relative position of the device armor 10 to the hanging string 15 is varied.
