PURPOSE:To provide a production process management system to allow to distribute correction works to plural correction work stations accurately according to the correction works. CONSTITUTION:A production line which consists of plural work stations 5 to 14, and a correction line which consists of at least one or more correction stations 15 to 19 connected in series to the production line and carrying out correction works are provided. A data carrier is provided to a work W. A device to write a content of unreasonable parts as the result of the working is provided to each work station. Between the production line and the correction line, a reading/distributing unit to read the content of the data carrier, and to make a correction instruction to specify correcting parts and correcting tools depending on the read content is provided. And an instruction device to deliver the correction instructions to the correction stations is also provided.
