Summary:PURPOSE:To manufacture a foam core-sandwich laminate used as a light-weight plate-shaped structural member having sufficient flexural strength easily and efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A large number of partitioning members 3 are arranged between upper and lower fibrous sheets 1, 2 forwarded in parallel, the mixture of thermal expansible resin grains and a thermo-setting resin is injected 22 into the members 3, the partitioning members are held by the upper and lower fibrous sheets to form a closed space, the closed space is introduced to a molding section with a heating zone 13 and said grains are expanded, and the closed space is filled with said grains while one part of the resin is permeated to the upper and lower fibrous sheets and made to reach a surface layer, and cured, thus manufacturing a tabular foam core-sandwich laminate 4.
