CONSTITUTION:Anchor bolts 11 are screwed in plastic cones 4 buried into a wall 1, a supporting member 13 is temporarily tacked to the bolts 11 and is fastened with nuts 10, and the supporting member 13 is fixed to the surface of the wall 1.
